  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs boneless & skinless
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple juice canned or bottled only
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • ½ cup Brown sugar

  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl.
  3. Add soy sauce, ketchup, honey, brown sugar and pineapple juice. Mix well.
  4. Add ginger paste, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.
  5. Stir until everything is combined.
  6. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes (longer is better if you have time).
  7. Heat a large pan on medium heat. No oil is needed.
  8. Add the marinated chicken and pour in all the sauce.
  9. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning the chicken once or twice.
  10. Let the sauce thicken and coat the chicken well.
