  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast chopped & shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Make sure the cooked chicken breast is cooled. Chop or shred it into small, bite-size pieces.
